Shipping

All orders are processed Monday to Sunday and will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

If applicable, customers will receive an email notifying them of their tracking number once their order has been shipped. Tracking information may not be available for all shipping methods.

Please note that there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs or other issues beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on change of mind. If there is an issue with the quality of your order we will gladly organise an exchange or refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we encourage them to use tracking on their order if making a return.
